  • Basil leaves
  • Optional: a splash of peach syrup
  • Cucumber slices
  • Melon (honeydew or cantaloupe)
  • Fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries)
  • Optional: a dash of maple syrup
  • Pineapple juice
  • Coconut water
  • Optional: a splash of grenadine
  • Brewed green tea (chilled)
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Apple cider

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering and washing all your fresh herbs and fruits.
  2. Muddle & mix by gently muddling the mint leaves or basil with lime or peach juice in a glass.
  3. Combine upon arrival by pouring in your sparkling water or juice base of choice.
  4. Add ice cubes to each glass and garnish with extra slices of fruits or a sprig of herbs.

Notes

These mocktails can be batch-made without sparkling water and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
