Crispy chicken cutlets that are quick to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced thin)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (can substitute with gluten-free flour)
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably seasoned, can substitute with gluten-free breadcrumbs)
  • To taste: salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • As needed: vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare your chicken by slicing the breasts thinly.
  2. Set up your breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, then eggs, and finally breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet until hot.
  5. Fry the cutlets for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve and enjoy your crispy creations!

Notes

These cutlets can be served with a salad, in a sandwich, or with mashed potatoes.
