Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until they are tender, then peel and mash them with seasonings.
