A nostalgic no-bake dessert combining sweet and tangy pineapple with a creamy, airy texture.

  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Drain and prepare the pineapple. Start by draining the can of crushed pineapple.
  2. Combine ingredients in a large bowl. In a large mixing bowl, toss in the drained crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, whipped topping, shredded coconut, chopped pecans or walnuts, and lemon juice.
  3. Mix until well incorporated. Using a spatula, mix everything together until the ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Chill for the perfect texture. Once mixed, cover your bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Serve and enjoy! Transfer your Pineapple Fluff into a serving bowl, and enjoy it chilled.

Notes

Consider serving with fresh strawberries or as a topping for cupcakes. It pairs beautifully with angel food cake or vanilla ice cream.
