A creamy and tropical Piña Colada Milkshake that transports you to paradise with every sip.

Ingredients

  • 3 big scoops vanilla ice cream (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons cream of coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract (optional)
  • 1 1/2 oz white rum
  • 1/2 oz coconut rum
  • Whipped cream
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Fresh pineapple wedges
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Colorful straws and tiny umbrellas

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and get your blender ready.
  2. Combine the vanilla ice cream, frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and coconut extract in the blender.
  3. Pour in the white rum and coconut rum.
  4. Blend everything on high until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust if necessary, then blend again.
  6. Pour the milkshake into tall glasses.
  7. Top each milkshake with whipped cream.
  8. Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
  9. Insert colorful straws and tiny umbrellas for decoration.

Notes

Best enjoyed immediately, but can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 days.
