These Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are loaded with juicy steak, sweet onions, colorful bell peppers, and gooey provolone cheese, all packed into mini rolls.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak (such as ribeye)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: mayonnaise or garlic aioli

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the onions and bell peppers in olive oil until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Cook the steak until browned and heated through, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Prep the slider rolls by slicing them in half.
  5. Assemble the sliders with the steak mixture and provolone cheese on the bottom halves.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve with mayonnaise or garlic aioli for dipping.
