Quick and flavorful Pesto Chicken Sliders made with shredded chicken, pesto, and mozzarella, perfect for weeknight dinners or movie nights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Slider buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken with pesto and mozzarella in a bowl.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  5. Spoon the chicken mixture onto each bun base.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns over the mixture.
  7. Brush the tops of the buns with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and buns are toasted.
