A delightful one-pan meal featuring chicken, pesto, mozzarella, and tomatoes, embodying Italian flavors.

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Pesto sauce
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season your chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish.
  3. Spread a generous layer of pesto sauce over the chicken.
  4. Top the chicken with slices of fresh mozzarella and tomatoes.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
