Delicious peanut butter cookies loaded with Reese’s Pieces for a colorful twist.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1½ cups light brown sugar (packed)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 2 cups Reese’s pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and creamy peanut butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt, then mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the peanut butter chips and Reese’s pieces gently.
  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  7. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, flattening each dough ball slightly.
  8. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the centers remain gooey.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.

Notes

Keep cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
