Deliciously chewy peanut butter cookies that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
  3. Roll dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Flatten with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
