Delicious and fudgy peanut butter brownies that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix the peanut butter and melted butter in a bowl, stirring in the sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Incorporate the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, adding them gradually to the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  8. Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes
