  • 1 cup fresh peaches, diced

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients on the counter.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Mix the milk, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla in another bowl.
  5. Blend the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
  6. Add the diced peaches to the batter.
  7. Prepare a muffin tin by greasing or lining it with paper liners.
  8. Fill the muffin cups about two-thirds full with batter.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool the muffins in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
