A classic dessert combining ripe peaches, vanilla ice cream, and raspberry sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup raspberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blanch the peaches in boiling water for 30 seconds and then transfer them to an ice bath.
  2. Peel the peaches, cut them in half, and remove the pits.
  3. Drizzle lemon juice over the peaches to prevent browning.
  4. Assemble the peach halves on a serving dish.
  5. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the peaches.
  6. Drizzle the raspberry sauce over the entire creation.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes
