Peach Burrata Salad

A delightful salad that combines creamy burrata cheese with juicy peaches, peppery arugula, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Fresh peaches, sliced
  • 8 oz Burrata cheese, torn
  • 4 cups Arugula or mixed greens
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the peaches into thin wedges and set aside.
  2. Arrange the arugula or mixed greens on a serving platter.
  3. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place on top of the greens.
  4. Place the peach slices around the burrata.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for the best flavor. Can substitute burrata with fresh mozzarella if necessary.
