  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Beat the eggs in another bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat it with the cheesy breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
