  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into wedges or cubes.
  3. Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
