  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  3. Add the cubed bread to the egg mixture and gently stir until every piece is saturated.
