A nostalgic and indulgent dessert featuring layers of crushed Oreos and creamy vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
  2. Spread a layer of vanilla ice cream over the crust and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  3. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the ice cream layer.
  4. Repeat with another layer of crushed Oreos and ice cream.
  5. Freeze the cake for several hours until solid.
  6. Top with whipped cream and more crushed Oreos before serving. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

For easier cutting, dip your knife in warm water before slicing. Customize with different ice cream flavors or cookies.
