Delight in these rich and creamy mini Oreo cheesecake bites that capture the classic flavors of cheesecake in a bite-sized form.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Oreo pieces for topping

Instructions

  1. Create the Oreo Crust: In a bowl, combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated, then press the mixture into the bottom of mini muffin liners in a mini muffin tin.
  2. Beat the Cream Cheese: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the Whipped Cream: Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Assemble the Cheesecake Mixture: Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in each muffin liner, filling them generously.
  5. Top it Off with Oreos: Top each cheesecake bite with a few Oreo pieces for added crunch.
  6. Chill to Perfection: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve Chilled and Enjoy: Take them out of the fridge and serve to your friends and family.
