Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or any choice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, stirring gently to avoid burning.
  2. Add the pasta and pour in the broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally until the pasta is cooked to your desired tenderness.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season your pasta with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheating may require a splash of broth or cream to restore consistency.
