  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 large lemons, zest and juice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Prepare your Bundt pan by greasing it and dusting with flour.
  4. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  5. Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Incorporate the sour cream, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  7. Combine the dry ingredients in another bowl and then gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
