Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • Chopped peanuts (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine crust ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth in a large mixing bowl. Add peanut butter and powdered sugar, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until no streaks remain.
  6. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the top before serving, if desired. Garnish with chopped peanuts.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing. Optional: fold some chopped peanuts into the filling for added crunch.
