Delightful no-bake truffles combining creamy peanut butter with rich dark chocolate for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 10 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped (or chocolate chips)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening (optional, for a smoother shell)
  • Melted peanut butter for drizzling
  • Crushed toffee bits
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Mini candies

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peanut Butter Centers: In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, and salt. Stir until thick and smooth. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 20–25 minutes until firm.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: Place chopped chocolate and coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Dip the Truffles: Remove chilled balls from the freezer. Dip each into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing on parchment.
  4. Decorate (Optional): While the coating is wet, drizzle melted peanut butter or add toppings like toffee bits, peanuts, or salt.
  5. Chill & Serve: Refrigerate truffles for 15–20 minutes to set. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes
