Delicious and quick No-Bake Cookies made with oats and peanut butter, perfect for snacks or desserts.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter. Bring to a boil and let it boil for 1 minute.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in quick oats until well combined.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool until set.

Notes

For a chewy texture, do not boil the mixture longer than one minute. You can try adding chopped nuts or shredded coconut for different flavors.
