A simple, creamy no-bake cheesecake with a delicious graham cracker crust. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup fruit topping or chocolate ganache (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix the filling by beating cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently until well combined.
  4. Assemble the cheesecake by pouring the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Garnish with fruit topping or chocolate ganache before serving, if desired.

Notes

Make sure to use room temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps and don’t skip the chilling step for the best texture.
