A dreamy no-bake dessert that combines the creamy goodness of sweetened condensed milk and Biscoff spread with the crunch of Biscoff cookies.

Ingredients

  • 250g Biscoff Cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
  • 125g Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 can (395g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 200g Biscoff Spread
  • 100g Powdered Sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Combine Biscoff Cookie Crumbs and Butter in a large mixing bowl until well mixed.
  2. Create the cookie base by pressing the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
  3. Mix the sweetened condensed milk, Biscoff spread, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the filling over the cookie base and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set, preferably overnight.
  6. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

For easy cleanup, line the dish with parchment paper. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
