Deliciously cheesy rolls with the buttery flakiness of croissants, perfect for brunch, snacks, or any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of croissant dough
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s hot and ready for crisping up those rolls.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Place a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese at the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the cheese.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from the wide end to the point.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
