  • 1 cup Diced Ham
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped Green Onion
  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 Pre-baked Pie Crust
  • to taste Kosher Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the pre-baked pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Mix the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the four large eggs to the mixture and blend until fluffy.
  5. Include the heavy cream and sour cream, mixing until combined.
  6. Season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Fold in the diced ham, cheddar cheese, green onion, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
  8. Pour the creamy mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden and the center is set.
  10. Cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Leftover quiche can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Ensure cream cheese is softened before mixing.
