A no-bake dessert featuring a crumbly cookie crust, rich melted chocolate, fluffy marshmallows, and luscious whipped cream topping.

  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
  • Chopped nuts (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for pie crust perfection.
  2. Combine the crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Stir until evenly coated, then press into the bottom of a pie dish.
  3. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Remove and let it cool completely.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips over low heat in a saucepan, stirring continuously until smooth.
  5. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream, then gently fold in the mini marshmallows.
  7. Pour the mixture into the cooled pie crust, spreading it evenly.
  8. Chill the pie for at least 4 hours, or until completely set.
  9. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped nuts before serving.

Notes

Perfect for summer gatherings and makes a great make-ahead dessert. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
