These creamy, indulgent deviled eggs are perfect for gatherings, boasting a luscious flavor with a touch of smoked paprika and fresh chives.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin your culinary adventure by placing the 6 large eggs in a pot. Cover them with water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, let them sit for 10-12 minutes.
  2. After the timer goes off, remove the eggs from the hot water and plunge them into an ice bath.
  3. Once the eggs are cool to the touch, gently peel away the shells and slice them in half lengthwise.
  4. Carefully scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl. Add in your creamy allies: 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1 teaspoon of white vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, and 1/4 cup of cream cheese.
  5. Using a fork, mash the yolk mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Time to add a little flair! Sprinkle smoked paprika on top and finish with chopped chives.

Notes

Adding a pinch of salt to the water when boiling can make the eggs easier to peel.
