A delightful twist on classic meatloaf featuring ground chicken, garlic, and Parmesan cheese for a fragrant and comforting dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 50 minutes.
  5. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
