A delightful dish that captures the essence of summer with tilapia fillets soaked in lemon and herbs, complemented by tomatoes and olives.

Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take your tilapia fillets and lay them in a baking dish.
  4. Generously pour the olive oil mixture over the fish.
  5. Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced kalamata olives around the fish.
  6. Slide the dish into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Once out of the oven, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the fish.
  8. Allow everyone to indulge in this delightful dish.
