  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • Fresh parsley, optional
  • Lemon wedges, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine the Marinade: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to create a fragrant marinade.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken tenders to the bowl, ensuring they are well-coated. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Pan: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, adding a splash of olive oil.
  4. Sauté the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken tenders in the skillet and sauté for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
