Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Cooked pasta (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat marinara sauce in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 20-30 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Serve over cooked pasta if desired. Enjoy!

Notes
