  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Crusty bread or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cranberries, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the cranberries start to pop and the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Place the wheel of Brie in a baking dish and pour the cranberry mixture over the top. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if desired.
