A luscious and creamy spinach dip that’s perfect for gatherings, featuring a blend of rich cheeses and a crunchy topping.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup white cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese (for topping)
  • 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the spinach: In a food processor, blend spinach with olive oil and minced garlic until mixed but slightly chunky.
  2. Mix the cheese: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and heavy cream; mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cheeses: Stir in parmesan and white cheddar cheeses along with seasonings until fully combined.
  4. Fold in the spinach mixture into the creamy cheese base.
  5. Prepare for baking: Transfer to a baking dish; top with Panko bread crumbs and extra parmesan.
  6. Bake to perfection: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm with toasted baguette slices, pita chips, or vegetable sticks. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
