A flavorful Loaded Nachos Plate topped with seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, fresh toppings, and served warm for a perfect crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar-jack or Mexican blend cheese
  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ½ cup black beans (drained)
  • ½ cup corn kernels
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sliced jalapeños
  • ¼ cup sliced red onions
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup guacamole
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until nicely browned.
  2. Season the beef with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the seasoned beef and let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large oven-safe plate or tray.
  6. Distribute the cooked beef evenly over the chips. Layer with black beans, corn, and shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and red onions.
  9. Drizzle sour cream and guacamole over the top.
  10. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
