Delicious and creamy white chocolate truffles infused with zesty lemon for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate, heavy cream, and unsalted butter together in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until fully combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl and refrigerate for about 1 to 2 hours, until firm.
  4. Use a teaspoon or melon baller to scoop out portions and roll each into a smooth ball.
  5. Roll each truffle in powdered sugar to coat evenly.
  6. Place the coated truffles back in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
