Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
