3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or oregano
½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1–2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
Whisk the marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, Italian seasoning (or oregano), paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Coat the shrimp: Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade. Ensure each piece is well-coated. Let marinate for about 15 minutes.
Prepare the grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Use a grill pan if grilling isn’t an option.
