  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve the turkey mixture over cooked rice.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
