Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks for about 5-7 minutes until evenly browned.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and brown sugar, letting it simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Serve the beef mixture over fluffy rice, topped with fresh veggies and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
