A delightful batch of Kitchen Sink Cookies, filled with an assortment of mix-ins including chocolate chips, nuts, and pretzels for an explosion of flavors.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup pretzels, chopped
  • 1/2 cup M&Ms or any candy

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper to ensure easy removal of your cookies later.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, nuts, oats, shredded coconut, pretzels, and M&Ms until well coated.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
