  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (or your favorite low-carb veggies)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (for a crunchy topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Incorporate the shredded chicken and broccoli florets into the creamy mixture.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Place your casserole in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
