Deliciously baked chicken thighs coated in creamy ranch dressing and topped with melted cheese, perfect for a comforting keto meal.

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup creamy ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together the ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the ranch mixture over them, making sure they are well coated.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top of the chicken.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
