Instructions
Prepare the Strawberries: Wash your fresh strawberries under cool running water. Pat them dry gently, remove the green tops, hull and chop the strawberries into small pieces.
Sweeten the Strawberries: In a small bowl, toss the chopped strawberries with the granulated sugar and let sit for 5 minutes.
Whip the Cream: In a large mixing bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream. Beat on medium speed until soft peaks form.
Combine the Mixtures: Gently fold the sweetened strawberry mixture into the whipped cream with a spatula.
