  3. Let the dough rise for 12 to 18 hours at room temperature, covered with plastic wrap.
  4. Shape the dough into a ball on a floured surface.
  5. Rest the shaped dough for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  6. Preheat your oven to 230°C (450°F) with a Dutch oven inside.
  7. Bake covered for 30 minutes in the Dutch oven.
  8. Bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Cool the bread before slicing.
