This Hot Corn Dip combines cream cheese, sour cream, and sharp cheddar for a creamy, cheesy dip that’s perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the drained corn, softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, diced green onions, diced red bell pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
