Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing to preserve its juiciness.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

Marinate chicken for up to 24 hours for more flavor. You can cook it in a skillet or bake it if you don’t have a grill.
