Comforting honey garlic meatballs drenched in a sweet and savory sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Whip up the honey garlic sauce by combining honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil in a saucepan.
  6. Add the cooked meatballs to the saucepan and toss to coat them in the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped green onions.
